Playground Refresh

Volunteers replaced timbers and nuggets at the Northern Lights Campground playground.

At the Quartzite Campground playground, volunteers spread a new layer of “fall protection”!

This spring, we both purchased materials for and did the work on refreshing two playgrounds, one at the Quartzite Campground and one at the Northern Lights Campground. At Quartzite, we added a new layer of protective rubber nuggets. At Northern Lights, we replaced all the perimeter timbers and added new fall protection.

Thank you to all of the volunteers who pitched in to help with the work! This project involved many hands and much expertise to accomplish.
