Support The Friends
Your financial contribution will maintain, sustain, and further develop facilities and visitor services of Devil’s Lake State Park.
Devil’s Lake Needs Your Support
Wisconsin's state parks are no longer supported by Wisconsin tax revenue dollars. The Wisconsin State Park System must operate independently, based on the revenue it generates as a whole through annual and daily park passes, camping fees, and state trail pass fees. You might think Devil’s Lake has plenty of money because it is extremely popular and enjoys heavy visitation. In fact, it is only one of a handful of Wisconsin state parks that operates at a profit annually. Most revenue Devil’s Lake State Park collects goes to fund other state park properties that operate at a loss.
This is why public support via donations is essential to maintaining and sustaining Devil’s Lake State Park. We depend on donations to fund trail maintenance, facilities improvements and enhancements, interpretive signage, Naturalist's programs, Music in the Park, and numerous other projects and activities.
Devil’s Lake holds a special place in so many hearts and memories. Your support of our work helps more families make more memories at this special park. By donating today, you can help ensure Devil’s Lake State Park has the financial resources it needs to properly support its visitors and staff.
